ALBERT CALLEGHER

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Albert has over 30 years' experience in finance and property development. He commenced his career at NAB, then then stock market and commercial property development in SA during the 1990's. Albert started a finance business in 2000 known as ACMFinance after finding a niche market.
Albert’s specialty is structured finance for property development, placements, and collections having a high level of understanding of the finance cycle, lending, property development cycle, funds & profits repayment, and development related criteria.

VINCENT HENG

LENDING EXECUTIVE
Vincent is an Accountant with a Business degree, who carries out in-house accountancy, as well as performs due diligence and compliance activities for the company.

Vincent’s background is in diversified business, holding various accountancy roles, specialising in financial forecasting, planning and reporting.

TIFFANY HALL

REAL ESTATE ADVISOR
From her vast real estate & building experience, Tiffany is an advisor to the board. Tiffany holds an Interior Architectural degree and for the past 13 years she has worked in the home building industry as a Consultant. She has spent 7 years at Rossdale Homes as a luxury home and Architectural Consultant increasing the company’s growth and high design standards.

DR PASQUALE FRANZESE

INDEPENDENT INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
Pasquale has over 30 years' experience in banking, property finance, investment, management and tax effective financing. A former career banker with NAB, ANZ and 2 international banks, he has spent the last 18 years within the funds management industry holding numerous roles such as ASIC approved Compliance Officer, Responsible Manager as well as a Board Member of several Fund Managers. He has a deep insight in lending, funds management and compliance. A Doctor of finance, Pasquale is one of Melbourne’s most respected senior finance executives.

MONIQUE LAM

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Exceeding 25 years of client relations and management experience, Monique brings a multi-skilled dimension to the firm. She has a devotion to providing professional advisory, stakeholder engagement as well as developing long-term relationships with investors.
Monique is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese languages.

CASSIE CALLEGHER

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Cassie has over 15 years experience working for a diverse range of Australian businesses managing large teams across retail and private industries.

Cassie holds a business degree and is known for her strong communication skills. Cassie leads the Administration & Operations team to drive business growth and operations.
