    A Balanced Conservative High Yield Fund Limited to 68% LVR*

    • 12% per annum fixed total return with a minimum of 2 year investment period;
    • 68% LVR limit on any mortgage lending or up to 72% if additional suitable real estate security is provided by the borrower;
    • Balanced between mortgage and secured equity in property developments, secured on real estate title;
    • Interest paid monthly from interest retention set aside from the fund.
    • All fund investments must have a repayment strategy such as a sale or future development and related refinance.
