The Information Memorandum (IM) sets out the fundβs overarching structure and risks, while each opportunity is supported by a Supplementary Information Memorandum (SIM) detailing the specific project, terms, and security. Both must be read in full before investing.

After reviewing the IM and the relevant SIM, you select the opportunities that align with your objectives, including location, structure, duration, and return profile.
Invest With Confidence
Once invested, you receive monthly statements and quarterly project updates, ensuring clear visibility throughout the life of the investment, with direct access to the 268 team when you need it.
